General Questions

Are your products safe to use?

All our products undergo a thorough safety assessment before hitting the market. We have our internal manufacturing setup, and each product undergoes several rigorous safety tests before getting packed.

The respective Drug Authority approves each formulation. Once manufactured, our products pass a 12-point quality check in a government-approved laboratory. Only then the product reaches you.

For best results, we recommend always following the directions of use. If you have questions about any ingredient we use, please reach out to us via our contact page, and we will respond.

Are your products 100% natural?

We maximize the use of natural and nature-derived ingredients in our products, but we’ll be honest: our products are not 100% natural. Many brands group nature-derived chemicals, such as SLS, as “natural” because they are derived from coconut oil (just as an example). Nothing could be farther from the truth. We believe that our classification is transparent – in keeping with our values.

Science allows us to formulate great products that work by combining the best natural goodies and safe synthetic stuff, and we are practitioners of that science. However, we guarantee that our products are 100% secure and stay away from even questionable ingredients. Is your packaging recyclable?

YES. We use recyclable packaging to ensure that it does not contribute to pollution.

Who creates your products?

Muggu Skincare team is filled with experts with years of experience developing and creating safe and natural formulations of skincare products.

Is it safe to use while pregnant/nursing?

As our products are only for external use, they are safe to use for pregnant/nursing women. However, we always recommend visiting your healthcare professional before trying out new products while in a delicate condition.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We believe all of them are, and we especially keep sensitive skin types in mind while formulating. We have a collection of the gentlest among the gentle products suitable for sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test for any new product on a small patch on your forearm before using.

Are your products suitable for children?

Our products are suitable for everyone above 13 years of age. However, we still recommend doing a patch test before use.

For how long is each Muggu Skincare product safe to use?

Once opened, use each product within 6 months to ensure you extract the most amount of goodness from it. However, the unopened product will expire 2 years after the manufacturing date.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently shipping in India only. Please watch out for this space for information on international shipping.

Across India, we ship to over 16,000 pin codes and offer Prepaid or Cash on Delivery services.

How do I track my order?

When your order is on the way, we'll send a shipping confirmation email. Included in the email is a tracking number & link to help you track your order.

How long till my order gets shipped?

We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days to get the order delivered to you. Users in metro cities can expect a faster delivery speed (within 3 days).

How long till I receive my order?

After being shipped, orders usually take 2-8 business days.

- For local (Mohali) and Punjab regions, it may take 2-3 days for your order to be delivered.

- For national shipments, it may take 5-8 business days for your order to be delivered.

My shipment address is wrong. What should I do?
